Our newest project, 2589 Samaritan Drive , is a four-story,
74,800-square-foot,
premier medical
building with an
adjacent five-level,
276-car parking
structure (to
connect with our
existing parking
structure at 2581
Samaritan Drive ).
Each of the
18,700-square-foot
floors of the
building will allow
for a variety of
suite sizes and
configurations.
This cornerstone
building, at the
intersection of
Samaritan Drive and
Los Gatos Boulevard
, will be our most
modern,
technologically
advanced medical
facility thus far,
and will meet the
growing need in our
community for
additional
first-class medical
space.
We expect to break
ground by the end of
2009, with a
completion date in
